Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a self-employed individual, general partnership, community of property, microenterprise, or small business.
- Microenterprise: fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding 2 million euros.
- Small business: fewer than 50 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding 10 million euros.
- Have your registered office and tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.
- Have a physical street-level location, open to the public and fully operational in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.
- Be registered as of the application date under one of the following categories of the Economic Activities Tax (IAE):
- Retail trade:
- 641 Retail trade in fruits, vegetables, and tubers.
- Retail trade:
- 642 Retail trade in meat, offal, meat products, eggs, poultry, etc.
- 643 Retail trade in fish, aquaculture products, and snails.
- 644 Retail trade in bread, pastries, confectionery, milk, and dairy products.
- 645 Retail trade in wines and beverages.
- 646.1, 646.2, 646.3, 646.4, 646.6, 646.7 Retail trade in tobacco products.
- 646.8 Retail trade in smoking accessories.
- 647.1, 647.2, 647.3 Retail trade in food and beverages.
- 651 Retail trade in textiles, apparel, footwear, furs, and leather goods.
- 652.1 Retail trade in medicines and medical supplies in pharmacies.
- 652.2 Retail trade in household goods, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, etc.
- 652.3 Retail trade in perfumes and cosmetics.
- 652.4 Retail trade in plants and herbs at herbal shops.
- 653 Retail trade in household goods and construction materials.
- 654.2 Retail trade in vehicle accessories and replacement parts.
- 654.5 Retail trade in machinery (excluding household and office appliances, etc.).
- 654.6 Retail sale of tires and inner tubes for vehicles.
