Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be private companies (any legal form), self-employed workers, licensed professionals, associations, foundations, non-profit entities, civil societies, communities of goods, or any type of economic unit without legal personality.
- Cannot be beneficiaries:
- Temporary work companies (except for hiring staff to provide services under their own direction).
- Companies or entities belonging to the public sector, except for professional associations and irrigation communities.
- Companies engaged in the primary production of fishing and aquaculture products.
- Companies engaged in the primary production of agricultural products (except those covered by the agricultural de minimis regime).
- Companies with activities related to export to third countries.
- Have work centers located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura.
- To qualify for a 10% increase in aid, the company must operate in one of the following priority sectors (CNAE-2009):
- Section C: Manufacturing industry.
- Section D: Supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning.
- Section E: Water supply, sanitation activities, waste management, and decontamination.
- Section G, division 47: Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles.
- Section H, groups 49.3 and 49.4: Other land passenger transport and Road freight transport.
- Section I, division 55: Accommodation services.
- Section J, divisions 58 and 59: Publishing and Film, video, television program activities, sound recording, and music publishing.
- Section Q, divisions 87 and 88: Residential care activities and Social services activities without accommodation.
- Section R, division 90: Creative activities, artistic and entertainment.
